Wholesale Terms & Information

Pricing: Prices listed reflect wholesale prices (USD). Suggested retail price is 2x wholesale. Wholesale prices are subject to change, so please make sure you have the most up-to-date catalog.

 

Order minimum: Opening order minimum $150. Reorder a minimum $100. 

 

Payment: Please pay by check, credit card, or Venmo. Payment must be received & cleared prior to first order shipment. Subsequent order payment terms of NET 30 is at our discretion.

 

Production: Please allow 5-7 days for your order to ship (although we often ship faster). If you have specific turn around time needs, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

 

Shipping: Orders ship from the Forest City Designs studio in Huntington, Vermont. U.S. orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail unless otherarrangements are made. Shipping costs will be quoted at the time of
order. If you are located in north or central Vermont, free delivery may be available.

 

Returns and Exchanges: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order by contacting us via email. If any items arrive damaged, the wholesale purchase price will be refunded upon return
of the merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges may be made on merchandise in excellent condition within six months of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from
the balance of your next order.

 

Cancellation: Any canceled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid within 15 days of cancellation.
